In compliance with the Pennsylvania Sunshine Act, Act 93, 1998, the Committee on Rules of the Council of the City of Philadelphia will hold a Public Hearing Tuesday, June 6, 2006 , at 10:00 AM , in Room 400, City Hall, to hear testimony on the following items:

060445 An Ordinance to amend the Institutional Development District Master Plan of Temple University by allowing for the construction of a new building to be used for the Fox School of Business and Management.

060446 An Ordinance to amend the Institutional Development District Master Plan of Temple University by allowing for the construction of a new building to be used for the Tyler School of Art.

Immediately following the public hearing, a meeting of the Committee on Rules, open to the public, will be held to consider the action to be taken on the above listed items.
