In compliance with the Pennsylvania Sunshine Act, Act 93, 1998, the Committee on Rules of the Council of the City of Philadelphia will hold a Public Hearing Tuesday, May 23, 2006 , at 10:00 AM , in Room 400, City Hall, to hear testimony on the following item:

060285 An Ordinance to amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by the I-76 Schuykill Expressway, a Railroad right-of-way and Penrose Ferry Road .

Immediately following the public hearing, a meeting of the Committee on Rules, open to the public, will be held to consider the action to be taken on the above listed item.
