In compliance with the Pennsylvania Sunshine Act, Act 93, 1998, the Committee on Housing, Neighborhood Development and The Homeless of the Council of the City of Philadelphia held a Public Hearing on Tuesday, May 2, 2006, at 10:00 AM, and recessed the Public Hearing until Monday, May 22, 2006, at 10:00 AM, in Room 400, City Hall, to hear further testimony on the following item:

050871 Resolution calling on the Committee on Housing, Neighborhood Development, and the Homeless to hold public hearings on the administration's proposed reorganization of housing agencies.

Immediately following the public hearing, a meeting of the Committee on Housing, Neighborhood Development and The Homeless, open to the public, will be held to consider the action to be taken on the above listed item.
