In compliance with the Pennsylvania Sunshine Act, Act 93, 1998, the Committee on Public Property and Public Works of the Council of the City of Philadelphia will hold a Public Hearing Thursday, May 11, 2006 , at 1:00 PM , in Room 400, City Hall, to hear testimony on the following item:

060204 An Ordinance authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property to execute and deliver to the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development, for nominal consideration, a deed conveying fee simple title to a certain tract of City-owned land with buildings and improvements thereon, situate 8011 Frankford Avenue in the City of Philadelphia , for further conveyance at fair market value.

Immediately following the public hearing, a meeting of the Committee on Public Property and Public Works, open to the public, will be held to consider the action to be taken on the above listed item.
